Our energy weather briefing is used where your own meteorological knowledge reaches its limits: How does a general weather situation develop? How do the various numerical weather model forecasts for tomorrow differ? What are the uncertainties for a wind power forecast or a solar power forecast? How is it with your own customer portfolio in particular? These are, among other things, typical questions that our old hands in the field of (energy) meteorology will be happy to answer.
We offer energy weather advice as a regular telephone service or as a regular video conference, including screen sharing. We will coordinate and agree on the techniques you prefer and the desired content in advance. During the weather briefing we will go into the latest meteorological developments and forecast maps and explain them to you via screen sharing. We pay special attention to your wind portfolio or solar portfolio. But of course we will also be happy to answer your spontaneous questions during the session.

Meteorological Tutorials and On-the-Job Training

The basic meteorological seminar gives you and your employees basic knowledge of synoptic meteorology. Topics such as atmospheric winds, Rossby waves, typical cyclone developments, weather conditions, weather forecast and the development of wind and solar power forecasts are dealt with. Exercises accompanying the seminar deepen what you have learned and can optionally be worked on by the participants and submitted for correction. The subsequent collective discussion of the tasks always gives all seminar participants the opportunity to understand the practical application of the previously taught subject. At the end of the training, you and your employees will better understand the weather, which will optimize electricity trading.
